Both are in India. Pick the one nearer your users. A server can be rebuilt in the other one later; its extra disks are copied across for ₹0.50 per GB, once.

Operating system

Only the images Tally installs on are listed. Every image is free to install. The Windows Server instance licence is free for your first 180 days. After that you activate it with a licence key of your own, and we do not bill it either way. Windows needs at least 8 GB of RAM and 40 GB of disk, so smaller plans are switched off when it is picked.
