What Forex VPS is

A "forex VPS" is not a distinct product — it is an ordinary virtual server chosen for two properties that matter to traders: it stays online continuously, and it can sit close on the network to a broker's trade server. Any platform that runs on Windows or Linux runs on it, MetaTrader being the most common but far from the only one.

Continuous operation is the simpler half. Currency markets run around the clock five days a week, and a platform running an automated strategy has to stay connected for it to act. A home machine that sleeps, reboots for updates or loses power interrupts that; a server does not.

Network distance is where the honest conversation is. Most forex VPS advertising sells "ultra-low latency" without naming what the latency is to. The number that affects order round-trip time is between your server and your broker's trade server — so a server in Mumbai helps if your broker is in Mumbai, and does not if your broker is in London. Ask your broker where their servers are before choosing a region. Any host that sells you low latency without asking that question is selling you a feeling.

Why run Forex VPS on a VPS

Continuous uptime, so an automated strategy is not interrupted by your own hardware.

A static address, which some brokers allow-list.

Windows or Linux, depending on what your platform needs.

Memory and disk of your own, and physical CPU cores on a VDS if you want them, which matters when several platforms run at once.

A straight answer about region: pick the one nearest your broker, even when that is not one of ours.

How deployment works

The one-click Forex VPS is Windows Server tuned for trading: remote desktop configured, and it signs in and starts your platforms again after a restart. For a platform that runs on Linux, order a plain Linux VPS instead and reach it over SSH. You install and configure your own trading platform and supply your own broker credentials — we never hold them. Choose the region by your broker's server location rather than your own.

It is your server. Forex VPS is installed directly on your VPS or VDS, not inside a container we manage. You get root over SSH, you can install anything alongside it, change its configuration, or remove it entirely. We do not hold a key to it.

Forex VPS hosting questions

An ordinary virtual server used to run trading platforms, chosen because it stays online continuously and can be placed near a broker's trade server. There is no special "forex" hardware.
